At Belbora Candle Co, we take great care in packing and sending your order and hope your home fragrance arrives safely and beautifully.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by email and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item

Once assessed, and if deemed appropriate, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement of the same item, or

  • A refund

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.

Additional Information

Belbora products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in colour, scent, or finish may occur and are not considered faults.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
